Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility on tourist satisfaction in Batu Kapal Caves, South Solok Regency. The type of research used in this research is field research or with a quantitative approach. The processed data is primary data. The subjects of this study were tourists in the southern ship of Batu Kapal Solok. The research instruments used in this study were a questionnaire and a Likert scale. Secondary data was obtained from the Solok Selatan district tourism office. Primary data were obtained from tourist respondents who visited the Batu Caves area of ​​the southern ship of Solok. The results showed that: tourist attractions have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 6.137>ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Amenities have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the ship rock cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount value of 11.123>ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.000<0.05. Accessibility has no positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the tcount -1.334<ttable 1.660 and a significant value of 0.185>0.05. Tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility together have a positive and significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Batu Kapal cave area in South Solok. This is evidenced by the fcount value of 104.384>ftable 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000<0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate business marketing strategies from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. The marketing strategy implemented at the Ayam Geprek Sa'i Kraksaan Restaurant and Islamic business ethics are in accordance with the regulations. The research method used is a qualitative method, while the type of research is descriptive. The location of this research is at the Geprek Sa'i Chicken Restaurant. Determination of informants using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data validity uses triangulation techniques. Based on the results of the research, the implementation of the marketing strategy carried out by the Geprek Sa'i Chicken Restaurant is seen from the principles of Islamic business ethics which include unity in providing food menus to consumers, showing a friendly attitude and smiling. Balance, which is applied to act fairly towards consumers. Free will, namely giving customers the freedom to ask questions about things they don't understand. Responsibility, which is related to economic freedom in the principle of responsibility for truth, honesty, and wisdom in promoting the appropriate menu.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the employee recruitment and selection process carried out by PT Bakie Sumatera Plantations from an Islamic perspective. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Retrieval of data obtained using interview techniques and field observations. The implementation of the recruitment and selection carried out by PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations prioritizes the capabilities of prospective employees. The method used by PT Bakrie is also in accordance with Islamic principles which use an open system by using social media and cooperation with the Department of Labor as information dissemination. The nepotism that was carried out at PT Bakrie was based on the ability of prospective employees with a record of passing the tests determined by the company.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the constructs of customer satisfaction and loyalty at Gayo coffee shops in Takengon, Central Aceh. Researchers use the Grounded Theory method, as a tool for qualitative analysis. Researchers conducted in-depth interviews with Gayo coffee shop customers, at six different coffee shops in Takengon, Central Aceh. The analysis performed included open-coding of the data to identify categories and themes; axial-coding to link categories and themes; and selective-coding to identify core themes. The findings show that service is the main factor that constructs customer satisfaction and social interaction is the main factor that constructs customer loyalty at Gayo coffee shops in Takengon, Central Aceh.

Abstract

Cendana Indo Pratama is a company engaged in the General Contractor field, among the business units developed by PT. Cendana Indo Pratama, one of which is in the property sector which is currently being built, namely the Bimura Residence housing in the Paiton area, as we know many residential businesses have been built, especially in the Paiton area, East Java. In early 2022 PT. Cendana Indo Pratama is rebranding the Bimura Residence housing. The purpose of this research is to describe the basic subsidy rebranding efforts at Bimura Residence, and subsidy basic rebranding in increasing buyer credibility and what are the supporting factors in increasing the credibility of buyers at Bimura Residence. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data of this research uses primary and secondary data. The data collection method used interviews with housing developers, managers, then confirmed with all staff at Bimura Residence and carried out observations. The results of this study are the rebranding efforts carried out by PT. CIP in housing becomes the basis of subsidies through 4 stages of the rebranding effort itself. And what kind of rebranding efforts are the basis of these subsidies in increasing buyer credibility, as well as rebranding services to consumers at Bimura Residence which are supported by supporting factors in increasing buyer credibility at Bimura Residence.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a broader picture of research on the quality of financial reports and what factors influence the quality of financial reports through a literature study in research in the field of accounting in national journals (Sinta 2) and international journals (Emerald and ProQuest) within the period 2013-2021 time. The keywords used in the search are the quality of financial statements (financial statement quality) and the quality of financial reporting (financial reporting quality). Found as many as 37 research articles that are relevant to the specified topic. This study identifies the main directions of research on the quality of financial reports in the period 2013-2021 and discusses several important aspects of research such as research methodology, theory used, research sector and others. In the end, it can be concluded from this study regarding the development of research on the quality of financial reports so that it can provide input for further research.

Abstract

The software development process has gone through significant change in the recent years. Now delivering a system that merely satisfies functional requirements is no longer enough. Companies want their systems to be easily maintained, scalable, fault tolerant, available, integrated, and other attributes. The microservice architecture was designed to create such a robust system where a big monolith system is broken down into multiple small services that communicate each other to fulfill the requirements. One area of functional requirements that exist and needed in almost all kind of companies is the logistic part. This paper will discuss how microservices architecture can be designed and implemented to support logistic functionality that can be reused in a lot of companies as the base system.

Abstract

This study departs from the rapid population growth which results in high demand for livable housing, but with high house prices most people do not have the ability to buy houses with cash, in this situation people prefer to look for other ways by applying for loans through home ownership financing from financial institutions. This was also welcomed by government support in the form of Subsidized Housing Loans (KPR), one of which is provided through the Housing Finance Liquidity Facility (FLPP). PT. Trah Wali Nagari is also a company engaged in contraction and real estate services which also cooperates with banks in running their business, where the application of mortgages through the FLPP scheme can also attract customers to own housing there. This study aims to find out how the mechanism or process for implementing Subsidized KPR through the FLPP scheme at PT. Wali Nagari breed. In this study the authors used a qualitative descriptive research type. Qualitative descriptive research is research conducted to describe and interpret objects in accordance with actual facts/phenomena (factualitative). In conducting this research, the researcher strives to obtain valid and accountable data, therefore the determination of informants must be representative or representative. This research resulted in findings on how PT. Trah Wali Nagari as the Developer works closely with the implementing Bank to realize subsidized KPR assistance to Low-Income Communities (MBR) as well as the mechanism for submitting KPR through the FLPP scheme to implementing Banks as well as how to implement Subsidized KPR through the FLPP scheme at PT. Trah Wali Nagari can help low-income people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of infrastructure consisting of sanitation, electricity and roads on poverty levels in Indonesia, either simultaneously or partially. This study uses a quantitative method in the form of multiple regression analysis with panel data. The type of data used is secondary data from 34 provinces in Indonesia during the 2015-2019 period obtained from the Central Statistics Agency which includes: data on the percentage of the number of poor people, data on the length of roads and the area of the province, data on the percentage of households that have access to PLN electricity, and data on the percentage of households that have access to proper sanitation services. The results of the analysis using a random effect model approach show that sanitation, electricity and road infrastructure have a significant negative effect on poverty levels. This means that an increase in each infrastructure has an effect on reducing the percentage of poor people in Indonesia. Thus, it is evident that the increase in each variable of sanitation, electricity and roads has a significant effect on reducing the percentage of the number of poor people in Indonesia.

Abstract

Population growth in Indonesia has increased every year, seen from 2020 to 2021 Indonesia's population has increased by 1.22%. The increase in population is accompanied by an increase in public consumption. Kedai Chick Me Up is a chicken-based fast food product designed to meet people's consumption needs. The objective of this research is to find answers regarding how to plan a Chick Me Up Shop business and how to set a strategy so that you can achieve success in building a Start Up business. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method with a case study approach. While the data collection technique used is to use primary and secondary data. The operationalization of the variables used is the entrepreneurship criteria method from Timmons. The results of this study succeeded in formulating a statement that the Chick Me Up Kedai business meets the eligibility standards for executing its business activities as a form of business by looking at and assessing the NPV, ROI, and the resulting payback period.
